In Downtime Tracking, we have provided an optional feature which will automatically prompt you to merge similar downtimes if they occur within a set duration of each other.
Here’s how it works:
once configured, the Downtime Tracking application will automatically detect if the same downtime category (ex. make-ready, mold change, setup, or similar terms if used as a category type) gets repeated within a set number of minutes. In such circumstances, a pop-up window will appear asking if you want to merge the two downtimes together into a combined block of the same downtime event.
