What are the system requirements for using ei3 web applications?

Using the ei³’s  VPN remote service software and other web applications such as the Customer Portal and its associated apps (e.g. PRODUCTION, DOWNTIME or RECIPE) requires that the client computer have at least the following characteristics:

• Windows 10 or higher
• 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster processor
• 1 gigabyte (GB) RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB RAM (64-bit)
• 300 MB of free disk space
• Attached graphics display capable of 1024 by 768 resolution.
• High-speed Internet connection (broadband or better)
