Process data (FB)

A basic and default process data feedback data point. It is used to collect most data from the HMI on the machine.

1

Machine speed (FB)

2

Production material total count delta

This point tracks the change (delta) in total material count on the machine during its operation time. This is a requirement for OEE calculations – make sure the correct scale type is set for Delta value.

3

Production material good count delta

This point tracks the change (delta) in good material count on the machine during its operation time. This is a requirement for OEE calculations – make sure the correct scale type is set for Delta value.

4

Machine speed alt. (FB)

This point tracks an optional, alternate speed measured in a different unit listed in unit of data point.

5

Production material total count alt. delta

This point tracks an optional, alternate total material delta measured in a different unit listed in unit of data point.
