After running a Data gap report, if you see any gaps in machine data, follow the steps below to resolve the issues and resume data collection without any gaps. 

  1. (If Remote Monitoring is enabled for your machine)  From Remote Monitoring, check the Data Snapshot to ensure data is collecting again. If the time stamp is not current, refer to the Missing Data Alert checklist and follow the steps listed. If the time stamp is current, proceed to Step 2 of this checklist.
  2. Check with your production team to see if the machine was running during the outage. It may have been down for maintenance.
  3. Check with your IT department to see if they were any issues with your network. If there are no issues, contact care@ei3.com
