Creating Downtime Codes
To create downtime codes for a machine:
From the menu, select Downtime Tracking > Codes (under Admin Tools).
Under the Action column, click the 
icon to create a new code.
Input the desired downtime code name and description in the text boxes.
To add codes to a category, select the category from the drop down menu while creating the code.
Select 
from the Save column and wait for the page to reload.
Once your downtime codes list is complete, the codes can be managed and assigned to individual machines. See see Managing Downtime Codes for details.
